All fees are set by you, the manager, and are visible to every depositor:

A share of the profit the vault earns. It uses a *high-water mark*: it only applies to new gains above the vault's previous peak value.

Performance fee

An annual fee accrued continuously, regardless of the vault's performance.

Management fee

Entry & exit fees

An asset the vault can hold and trade. The onchain guard system rejects any transaction involving an asset that isn't enabled.

Enabled asset

An enabled asset with the **deposit** toggle switched on — investors can deposit with it. At least one is required.

Your vault is a real onchain fund from the moment it's created:

Make the first deposit yourself; an empty vault has no unit price history.
